Southern Wall Systems contributed its skills and expertise to a pair of 20-story apartment towers, each distinguishing a major phase of the massive mixed-use development, known as Parcels A and C.

SWS’s work on the Parcel A structure covered 24,000 square feet; Parcel C was 63,000.

We were charged with handling waterproofing, stucco and specialty exterior styling finishes—a blend of classical and contemporary design elements.
