Sean joined SWS in January 2018, and started working in the field as a Foreman. He worked his way to a Superintended and now holds his current position in Preconstruction. He has strong communication and leadership skills, and enjoys  being a part of an amazing team that brings in different perspectives and overcomes adversities together. He has a military background and considers being assigned to the Prefabrication Division and being entrusted to service special clients as some of his proudest career accomplishments. He is outgoing, hardworking, and a team player.
