Walter joined the SWS in 2011. His craftsmanship career started in 1998, as a subcontractor, where he completed exterior walls on many iconic buildings in the Atlanta area. His strengths include organization, level of detail attention, and leading by example. He is certified in AWCI EIFS Doing it Right. He sees SWS a step above competitors for their innovative technology strengths in software and wall systems, and continuous education. 

Walter would be described by his peers as hardworking and dependable.
