About the Project

Neighboring the Atlanta metro’s Lenox Station, AMLI 3464 stands 19 stories amid Buckhead, one of the city’s premier enclaves for shopping, dining, commerce, and living.

Adjacent to Marie Sims Park, the 240-unit complex boasts fantastic views and puts residents within walking distance of the upscale Lenox Square shopping mall as well as the surrounding financial district.

Lavishly appointed, the 365,000-square-foot residence features 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows (optimized for fantastic views), and high-end appliances, including wine refrigerators.

The builder entrusted Southern Wall Systems to install AMLI 3464’s cladding—designed to protect, insulate, and drain . . . as well as to look great.

We clad exterior walls with the StoTherm continuous insulation system, including a StoGuard air-and-moisture barrier. SWS also applied Lotusan® textured finishes, which feature a technology that mimics the self-cleaning abilities of the lotus leaf.

Fun facts

  • AMLI 3464’s fitness center includes some 90 bikes.
  • The complex includes a private movie theater.
  • The district may have taken its name from the head of a very large buck shot by Henry Irby, who had bought much of the property in 1838 and mounted his trophy in his general store and tavern.
