This project was a two and half year extensive exterior renovation and underwent a complete facade rehabilitation. Building had to be converted back to its original state dating back to 1928. The project was uncovered back to the original design, patched with custom mix stucco created following testing of original stucco mix design and recoated with KEIM (mineral silicate finish).
