The Rocca’s European architecture lends the apartment building an air of sophistication and timelessness. Amenities include a rooftop walking path atop the 11-story structure that affords beautiful skyline views.

Southern Wall Systems was put in charge of installing 97,000 square feet of continuous insulation (ci) systems cladding the complex—comprising a five-story midrise section adjoining an 11-story tower. We used StoTherm continuous insulation with Lotusan®, a finish that repels moisture in the same manner as naturally self-cleaning lotus leaves.

We also providing waterproofing and apply protective traffic coatings throughout the complex.
